Yoo is a founding head partner of KEISTONE PARTNERS. Since the foundation of KEISTONE PARTNERS in 2007, he has been overseeing PEF investment projects and corporate management. He is an expert M&A investor with 26 years of experience.

Prior to founding KEISTONE PARTNERS, he was a CIO of Consus Partners, Team Leader of Investment Finance Division for M&A of Shinhan Bank, a Director of Tyco International Business Development, Team Leader of Global Investment Team of KTB Network, and a Manager of International Accounting Department of Samil Accounting Firm. He is a KICPA.

He has bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Yonsei University, master’s degree in business administration from Korea University. He has completed a doctorate course in technology policy from Yonsei University, and CFO course from Seoul National University.

Park is a partner and CIO of KEISTONE PARTNERS, and now oversees PEF investment projects.
He has been a team of KEISTONE since 2011, and in charge of variety of works from KEISTONE 1st PEF to fund composition and investment. He is an expert investor with 22 years of experience in investment.

Prior to working for KEISTONE PARTNERS, he was a CEO of Wimro Solution, a vice president of Sports League, and a vice president of Ehwa SDL. He has experiences in SME startup and growth, and had worked at a Business Planning Division of Hanla Group.

Jo is a partner of KEISTONE PARTNERS, and a financial investment expert with 23 years of investment experience and plays an investment review role.

Prior to teaming with KEISTONE, he was a vice president of IB Division of Hyundai Securities, a director of IB Division of Hana Alternative Investment Securities, a director of GE Capital, a team leader of Equity Investment Team of Hana Bank.

He graduated from Seoul National University, School of Business, and MBA from University of Michigan (Ann Arbor).

Park is a partner of KEISTONE PARTNERS, and in charge of value-up. He is an investment and value-up expert with 25 years of experience and a broad range of networks.

Prior to working for KEISTONE PARTNERS, he was a CEO of PS Alliance (PSA) and Nemo Investment, and was in charge of PEF investment and management business. He has successful experience of completing number of projects including business strategy establishment, M&A advice, and PMI (post-acquisition integration) in various industries as a VP of Nemo Partners SCG.

Ko is a partner of KEISTONE PARTNERS, in charge of fund composition and investment. He is an investment expert with 22 years of experience and a broad range of networks.

Prior to working for KEISTONE, he graduated from rehabilitation process at Madison and was in charge of M&A business at Samsung Electronics, and had worked in the financial planning team of Kumho Asiana Group.

He graduated from Yonsei University, School of Business.

Shin is a director of KEISTONE PARTNERS, and in charge of fund composition, investment, value-up for investment portfolio. He has been a team of KEISTONE since 2015.

Prior to working for KEISTONE, he worked in investment and M&A consulting at Financial Advisory Departmetn of Deloitte Anjin Accounting Firm, and Financial Department of EY Hanyoung Accounting Firm. He is a KICPA.

Prior to SIS, he has served as the CFO at affiliates of Simpac Group (Simpac Industries, Simpac Foundry). He also worked at STX, STX Engine, Hynix, and led financial planning, business management in various industries.

Prior to C&S, he has served as the Partner of M&A Group of Deloitte Anjin Accounting Firm, the CEO at Daishin Asset Investment, the Managing Director of IB Division of Leading Investment & Securities, CoreFG, and led the financial planning, managing business. He also has worked in various industries such as Namhae Hospital, Agency How and Mediacorp, etc.
